Inflammation is a hot topic right now. While we're all aware of how it can negatively impact our health, the how and why are still not widely understood. Recently Josh Axe, DNM, DC, CNS, finally clarified what inflammation is along with the symptoms to look out for, but today we wanted to take that information one step further.
