Kim Kardashian Has Lost 17 Pounds Since Giving Birth to Saint — Find Out Her Goal Weight

She's an open scale! Kim Kardashianrevealed during a livestream session on her app on Monday, December 14, that she's already shed a significant amount of weight since welcoming her son, Saint, a little over a week ago.
The mom of two, 35, invited Caitlyn Jennerover to Kris Jenner's home to cook some deep-dish pizza, delivered to the reality stars by fellow E! personality Giuliana Rancic.
During their pizza night, the new mom shared with Jenner that she gained 60 pounds while she was pregnant with Saint. At the beginning of her first trimester, she was 130 pounds; by the end of the third, she weighed 190. "I almost died," Kim said.
The reality star went on to explain that her ideal weight is 120 pounds, which is slightly below what she was at the time of her 2014 Florentine nuptials to Kanye West. Thus far in her battle to shed the pounds, Kardashian has already lost 17 pounds thanks to breastfeeding — and certain dietary supplements.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians standout shared in a new blog post earlier on Monday that she has been eating her placenta since giving birth to Saint on December 5.
"I heard so many stories when I was pregnant with North of moms who never ate their placenta with their first baby and then had postpartum depression, but then when they took the pills with their second baby, they did not suffer from depression!" Kim shared. "So I thought, why not try it? What do I have to lose?"
The star even tweeted out a photo of her placenta pills, a pack of dark purple supplements encased within a mason jar. "I really didn't want the baby blues and thought I can't go wrong with taking a pill made of my own hormones—made by me, for me," she continued. "I started researching and read about so many moms who felt this same way and said the overall healing process was so much easier."
While the pills are more internal, Kardashian said that she will eventually do a body reveal — when she's ready. "It's not even about how I look," the proud mom concluded in her livestream on Monday night. "I know I have been on social media a little bit, but I wanted this time to not have to care or post something about myself."
